1- Years ago, unbeknownst to the public, the U.S. government began to capture more and more various creatures, building a walled city and setting up an experimental testing facility on an abandoned island in the Pacific Ocean.
Within a few years the island was filled with hundreds of different creatures, and government scientists worked to understand them.
But in 2012 disaster struck and the island was evacuated. Now the inmates have taken over and gangs of different species fight for control within the city walls.
But something was left behind on Monster Island, something the government desperately needs. And the only way to recover it is to send an elite unit into the most dangerous place in the world: Monster Island.
2- As a team of expendable but highly trained mercenaries makes its way through the city, threats they never could have imagined hit them at every turn. How can one survive inside of a hell made up of monsters.
3- The group of mercenaries continues their search for the cure but realize a traitor is amongst them. Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed Queen of Monster Island uses one of her captives a bargaining chip but will her demands be met in time?
4- The mercenaries come face to face with Xorn's race of highly skilled warriors and as tensions flare, their mutual disdain for the Elf Queen allows for the two sides to bond. Xorn reluctantly agrees to help Kelsey and Charles find what they need. But little does the group know it's walking directly into an ambush.
5- The Elf Queen imprisons Kelsey needing Kelsey's help in controlling the Cyclops - the most powerful creature on the island. Merrick and Xorn mount a rescue attempt but it's onw that will force Kelsey to make an impossible decision. Meanwhile, MASI Island's force field is only hours from failing and the team must figure out an escape plan before the U.S. Government nukes it off the map.
6- FINAL ISSUE! Monster Island is about to go extinct. As if the monsters weren't enough to deal with, the military has moved up its time table for wiping the island off the face of the Earth. What's left of the team must complete their mission and find a way off the island before a nuclear strike destroys all life, both monster and human. But first, they must keep the Elf Queen from escaping as well because the destruction of one little island is nothing compared to her deadly plan for vengeance.
